• Monthly Booster Packs: Each month, all levels will receive a curated pack of Lorcana goodies; 2 X booster packs, mystery cards, and exclusive treats.

• Stay Active for Rewards: Some perks (like pre-orders and giveaways) are only available to active members. If your membership lapses, those benefits pause too.

• Cancel Anytime: You’re in control. Cancel via your account settings whenever you like, just note that once a pack is shipped, it’s non-refundable.

• Limited Spots: We cap membership numbers to keep things fair and exciting. 

1. Overview

By subscribing to the Lorcana Collectors Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These govern your access to exclusive products, benefits, and services provided by Bear Gaming.

2. Subscription

• Monthly Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate specified for your chosen tier.
• Recurring Payments: Payments are automatically processed each month via your selected payment method.

3. Membership Benefits

• Exclusive Access: Members receive early access to select pre-orders and limited releases. 
• Monthly Packs: Each month, all members receive new sealed UK Booster packs from random sets and mystery cards. 
• Discount Codes: Members may receive exclusive discount codes for use on eligible products. Please ensure you are subscribed to the newsletter to receive the codes.
• Members who make pre-orders must still have an active subscription at the time of the release date. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for a pre-orders product where the membership is no longer active.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Tracked Delivery: All subscription packs are shipped via tracked 48-hour delivery.
• Dispatch Schedule: Subscription boxes are dispatched monthly.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle with immediate effect.
• Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable once the monthly pack has been dispatched.

6. Product Availability

• Stock Limits: Some items may be subject to availability. In the event of stock issues, equivalent substitutions may be made.
• Pre-Order Access: Early access does not guarantee purchase rights, where allocations of a product mean we are unable to supply all members of a specific tier we will offer products via a lottery process where you will receive a code for purchasing the item at RRP.

7. Changes to Terms

• Bear Gaming reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes via email or account notification.
